Water Soluble Cutting Oil
Water soluble cutting oil forms an emulsion when added to water. This is the most popular in use today, because it combines the lubricating qualities of the oil with the cooling properties of water and can be used in a wide range of both machining and grinding operations. These products are blend of naphthenic oil, emulsifiers, additives and suitable bactericide, which can be used for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. General purpose soluble cutting oil consists of mineral oils, emulsifiers and other additives. These cost-effective oils can be widely used across industries.

Neat Cutting Oil
Neat cutting oils are fluids usually based on mineral oils and used for cutting without dilution i.e., as supplied by the manufacturer. Neat oils can be used for applications from light machining to heavy-duty operations such as gear hobbing, broaching, turning, honing, and drilling. Neat cutting oils are opposite to soluble or synthetic cutting fluids which provide high levels of lubrication to help reduce frictional heat as the cutting oil. It reduces friction and heat between tool and work piece & Prevents excessive wear at contact surfaces. It improves surface finish, extend tool life. Neat oil helps you increase productivity and performance, as well as maintain high surface-finish levels and dimensional accuracy.

Industrial Cleaners
The metal cleaner is a solvent free, moderately foaming, and water diluted detergent complex formulated to safely remove moderate industrial oil, specifically parts washing operations. The metal cleaner may also be used in conjunction with pressure washers, steam cleaners, dip tanks (hot or cold). These are important, because metals with surface rust, dirt, soot, and other forms of corrosion can lead to heavy damages to the components.

Rust Preventive Oil
Rust preventive oils are formulated for lubrication and protection of metal surfaces from atmospheric corrosion. They contain polar substances that allow them to adhere and to film the metal surface preventing corrosion. It works by creating a protective coating around metal which prevents contact of the corrosive substance with metals. It not only lubricates metal parts but also allows them to move with less friction. Oiling forms a protective layer on the metal to prevent it from rust. The principle here is pretty simple; with a coating of oil, moisture is unable to react with the iron in the metal and restrict rust.

Drawing and Forming Oil
Drawing or forming oils are generally used for bending, stretching, and shaping operations. Metal forming oils can contribute considerably to increased tool life, thus reducing production costs. Low tool wear, good surface finish of the work piece, no clinging of waste material to the tool in punching, no bulging of the side wall in deep drawing, easy removal of the oil, no work piece and tool assembly corrosion, and minimum health risks are the most important performance characteristics to be met by a metal forming oil.

- TECTYL PRESS 106: This is press working oil with excellent formability and corrosion protection.
- TECTYL PRESS VP 180: This is vaporizing oil with automotive AI heat exchanger milling oil feature. It is generally used for applications like drawing, punching, bending, stamping, milling, etc.
- TECTYL PRESS VP 181: This is vaporizing oil with excellent lubricity with no residue features.
- TECTYL PRESS VP 183: This is vaporizing oil with excellent lubricity with mild odor feature.
- TECTYL FORM 333: This Is forming oil which is used for automotive cold forged products, generates low fume, excellent protection against rust and stain, and excellent dies wear features.
- TECTYL FORM 331: It is used for high speed nut forming of general steel.
- TECTYL FORM 322: It is excellent for bolt forming, small cold forming operation of SS High carbon steel, general & Special steel.
Heat Treatment Oil
Quenching oil are heat treatment oil blended from solvent refined base oil with specially selected additives that facilitate fast quenching through proper and controlled cooling have outstanding chemical and oxidation stability. It facilitates hardening of steel by controlling heat transfer during quenching, and it enhances wetting of steel during quenching to minimize the information of undesirable thermal and transformational gradients which may lead to increased distortion and cooking.

- TECTYL HEAT CT NO.5T: This is cold type quenching oil for automotive components, spring steel, tool steel, hot forging component, strip, roller, file, shaft, cam shaft, bearing, etc. and suitable for continuous furnace.
- TECTYL HEAT CT NO.7T: This is cold type quenching oil, for automotive components, transmission, molt, nut, gear, spring steel, tool steel, hot forging component, strip, roller, file, shaft, cam shaft, bearing, etc. and high oxidation stability.
- TECTYL HEAT HT NO.5T: This is hot type quenching oil with features like normal viscosity semi-hot type mineral quenching oil and highly mechanical properties and less distortion.
- TECTYL HEAT HT NO.7T: This is hot type quenching oil with features like, high viscosity semi hot type mineral quenching oil, suitable for sealed furnace, nil of air in the tank and less distortion.
- TECTYL HEAT AQUA NO. 100T: This is water soluble quenching oil generally used for hardening of ferrous alloy, oil-free, nonflammable and suitable for induction hardening, forged component cast iron.
- TECTYL HEAT AQUA NO.300T: This is water soluble quenching oil with features like slow cooling and suitable for induction hardening, forged component, cast iron.
- TECTYL HEAT AQUA NO.700T: This is water soluble quenching oil with less distortion & cracking during quenching such as direct quenching and less distortion & crack than any other PAG type.
Industrial Lubricants
Industrial oils, simply called lubricants or lube, are a class of oils used to reduce the friction, heat, and wear between mechanical components that are in contact with each other. It provides cooling, cleaning, rust prevention and reducing friction during application. It can be classified into Hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, gear oil, etc

- Hydraulic oil Tectyl Hydraulic oils have good antifoaming performance, excellent rust preventive, excellent water separation & excellent application in general hydraulic equipments. It is available for ISO VG 32, 46 & 68 and 100.
- Lubrication oil: Tectyl Sideways lubricant has excellent wear resistance, stick-slip-resistance, high lubrication for all conventional oiling systems. It is available for ISO VG 32 & 68.
- Gear oil: Tectyl gear oil has excellent oil stability, excellent EP performance and suitable for industrial worm gear. It is available in various viscosity grades.
- Spindle oil: Tectyl spindle oils have great thermal and oxidation stability, excellent rust prevention, excellent wear protection & good antifoaming and long life time.
Rust Preventive Wax
Rust preventive wax is a solvent cutback, wax base, corrosion preventive compound. It is excellent for long term protection of metallic surfaces against corrosion in either indoor or outdoor exposure and during domestic and international shipments. It provides outstanding external protection for machinery, machinery, machine rolls, machine tools, automotive parts, dies, tubing, and spare parts during sea shipment. All wax products are one-coat rust preventives. The thin film provides high coverage and low cost protection. It is also applicable to the protection of the exterior surfaces of assembled machinery. All rust protective wax products are designed for easy application by spray, dip or brush.

- TECTYL 506: Tectyl 506 is a solvent cutback, wax base, corrosion preventive compound. The dry film is firm, amber, waxy and translucent.
- TECTYL 502C: Tectyl 502C is a solvent cutback, soft wax base, corrosion preventive compound. TECTYL 502C is approved under Military Specification Mil-C-16173E, Grade 2.
- TECTYL 400C: Tectyl 400C is a solvent cutback, wax base corrosion preventive compound. The dry film is firm, amber, waxy and translucent.
- TECTYL 506EH: Tectyl 506EH is a high solids, solvent cutback, general purpose corrosion preventive compound. Suitable for the widest range of application requirements for vehicle rust proofing and protection of machineries and parts.
- TECTYL 891: Tectyl 891 Class I is a solvent cutback, firm film, black asphaltic corrosion preventive compound.
- TECTYL 891 Class I. It provides long-term protection for metallic surfaces in indoor or outdoor exposure and during international shipments.
- TECTYL 891 Class I is approved under Military Specifications MIL-C-16173E, Grade 1, for Class I.
- TECTYL UBC Coat: Tectyl UBC Coat is a solvent cutback, wax/asphaltic base, thixotropic, corrosion preventive compound. Suitable for complete undercoating of undersides of autos, trucks, buses, truck, trailers, camp trailers, heavy construction equipment and cargo containers. The cured film is firm, black, resilient, matte textured, tough abrasion resistant.
- TECTYL 846 K 19: Tectyl 846-K-19 is a solvent cutback, wax base, general purpose, corrosion preventive compound suitable for the widest range of application requirements for vehicle rust proofing, protection of machinery and parts in storage.
- TECTYL 511M : Tectyl 511-M is a solvent cutback, water displacing, oil based corrosion preventive compound. TECTYL 511-M meets the performance requirements of Military Specification MIL-C-16173 D, Grade 5.
