VCI Flims and Bags
VCI film is created when linear, low-density polyethylene (poly film) is impregnated with vapor corrosion inhibitor (VCI). VCI molecules attach themselves to a metal surface to form an invisible, thin film, possibly only a few molecules or even one molecule thick, to protect metal from attack VCI products can work for several years to prevent corrosion from occurring on the metal surface. VCI Bag, or Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor bag, is a poly packaging film converted to a bag that is manufactured with added VCI chemistry. This layer inhibits the corrosion process caused by oxygen, water, and contaminants. A Vapour Corrosion Inhibitor bag can be made in different sizes, weights, seals, and inhibitor types.

VCI Paper
VCI paper is a clean, dry packaging material designed for the protection of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. When metal parts are wrapped or enclosed in VCI paper, VCI activate and fill up the vapor space inside the packaging. Vapor corrosion Inhibitors (VCI) are substances that slowly release corrosion preventive compound into a sealed air space, effectively protecting exposed metal surfaces. VCIs are often used in situations where it is impractical or undesired to use rust preventative liquids or other surface treatment.

VCI Cheaps, Tablets & Powder
The VCI chip is a polymer fibre patch which has anti corrosion function after being treated by a vaporized rust-proof chemical substance, and is suitable for rust prevention of iron and non-ferrous metals. The VCI chips /sheets are nitrite-free and environmentally friendly.
VCI Tablet is an efficient and dry method of protecting ferrous & non-ferrous metals (multi-metals) and electrical/electronic contact points from corrosion/oxidation/rust when packed in enclosed containers, boxes, cabinets, polythene bags and cartons.
VCI Powder is a special water-soluble formulation of Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors that is supplied as a white crystalline powder. It is used to control corrosion of all ferrous metals and aluminium metals.

VCI Stretch Film
VCI stretch film is used to tightly bundle items such as pallets, boxes and small components. It is like cling wrap and is tacky and adheres to itself. VCI stretch film is an excellent way to secure and protect items as well as secure them to other packaging such as pallets or cores.
